We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

6.2 Payment Processing

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use. We do not warrant the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME

  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataEase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
